I have to wonder if that designation, which appears on Google Maps, is the result of an official naming or what. I'm referring to the little waterway which flows through Bud Cramer Park near downtown. Granted, it's not a babbling brook or something that would have stimulated Wordsworth to wax poetic. But, when there's sufficient rainfall (as lately) it's an attractive feature, especially with ducks in the water or along the banks. So, seems that it deserves a better name, something which conveys that any moving water, accompanied by rocks and vegetation, is a welcome bit of nature in an urban setting. Perhaps the city could conduct a name-the-stream event?
