Thanks for your comments. Based on the current laws and ordinances, I do not believe this type of event would be allowed in downtown Huntsville. It is my understanding that there is discussion about creating an "entertainment district" where these types of activities would be allowed in a designated area. In my opinion, even if the laws are passed, selling this idea to the masses and residents living in the downtown area will be a challenge.
