Games trailer from Parks and Recreation
When I was growing up in Huntsville in the late 70's-mid 80's Parks and Playgrounds would send out a games trailer to neighborhoods during the summer. They would park it at a dead end street or at a city park and staff it so kids could come and play games etc. They would have contests, you could win T-shirts etc. It was a community engagement thing.
